Alternatives Crisis Pregnancy Centre
Schools and educational work, out-reach worker, home visits. The 'We Are Family Group' for young and vulnerable parents includes outings, parenting classes and life skills teaching, e.g. handling conflict, self-esteem, therapy around unplanned pregnancy and post abortion. Free service with clients being seen within 1-2 days. No childcare facilities at counselling centre but crèche provided at the 'We Are Family Group'.

Arc in the Park
Offers the opportunity for local people and children to come together, provides a safe environment for children to play while parents receive support. Play work is free, there is a £1 entry charge for youth club. Workers have NVQs or diplomas, a BA in art, management qualifications, food and hygiene and advanced child protection.

Offer therapeutic intervention with young refugees and migrants who are experiencing difficulties dealing with changes in their life - culture, environment or relationships. Some group work. Clinical supervisors.
